A Ride to Heaven
My white Mustang drives me away, down the highway
To infinity, it takes me, passing all that passes into an age
Mountains walk near; they bite and devour the horizon
The ground trembles, splits in two, and drags me under
I fall inside the green world to its black magnetic core
Below the sky, below the sea, and below the ground
I fly with the stars, the moon, the sun, and the shadows
Above the black winds, where the Milky Way spins
I drink champagne under the trees of hallowed Eden
The raspberries and cakes have the taste of kissers
My last heavy wish, I float it on a soft eyelash wish
I find my way back home; I’ma drive outta heaven
