The Thunderbloom
Life is all hills and valleys, that is true
People come in and go out of open doors
Yes I must understand, I know I am not 02
But I can’t help it, now I’m feeling blue
Life itself won’t make something out of it
I guarantee it, Mama, even though you weep
Where the life lost its track, I just can’t see
Sleeping over it, is the answer isn’t it?
Life will one day reveal the hidden face
I never know how I’ll feel when I’m 70
Will it bring beauty n’ charm as well as grief
But will that save me from being just me?
Life is a gift, true, but, I didn’t wish for it really
I’d rather be glad being the wind that’s swirling
Wonder why I couldn’t pick to be what I need
Maybe a wildflower blooms in a thunder rain?
