Where the Fairies Live,
Take me to a land
Where fairies live,
A land hidden away from
The sight of men.
Beneath the caps of flat mushrooms,
Or in holes in brown, woody stumps,
Under the petals of violet blossoms,
Or in mossy beds beneath the pebbles.
Take me to a land
Where fairies slumber,
A land hidden away from
The sight of men.
Where a fairy queen resides,
In her crystalline castle,
Where the moon’s door rests,
With its silky bridge to the stars.
Take me to a land
Where fairies dance,
A land hidden away from
The sight of men.
Where dreams find their way to life,
And the lightest wishes are held,
Where the beauty of all begins,
On an eternal summer’s eve.
